About me - Suzanne Sonnenschein
From San Francisco, over N.Y.C. to
Munich, Germany
Following extensive voice training, I decided to come to Munich to see what my chances are of starting a career. After having been here for one year,I became a member of the ensemble at the Bavarian State Opera. After that,I performed as a free-lance singer in German and international opera houses.
After this exciting career, and bringing up three children, I decided to focus on another passion, languages. I could incorporate my experience on stage, such as presentation, voice production,
and proper breathing etc.. An added advantage was my (almost) perfect German. A great help in translating and interpretation, and proper inflection. Therefore, I have been successful in training English for business and private use for many years.
From the international stage to global communication
Born in the beautiful city of San Francisco,in sunny California, then spent my youth and formative years in exciting New York City.
After my studies, I worked in various firms, such as advertising agencies, talent agencies and major cosmetic companies in N.Y.C.. After gaining a lot of experience,I decided to follow my dream of
becoming an opera singer.
My Offer
Be it for business or private use, everyone will be treated and supported individually, depending on
their level, needs and interests.
To master a language theoretically is one thing. However, to be able to communicate fluidly, in all walks
of life, is quite another thing. I will help you to reduce fear and inhibitions. Also, work on vocabulary and
pronunciation in a way that is not boring and repetitive. Without pressure, we talk about daily experiences,
and anything your heart desires, be it politics, history, philosophy, the arts, literature etc., in a relaxed
manner. Mistakes are corrected and explained, without disturbing the flow of conversation.
The goal is to aquire more confidence and security in speaking a foreign language. Also, to have fun and
enjoy. Important for your professional, as well as private life.

online sessions.
Lessons can be scheduled flexibly, according to availability.
